As a Residential Scheme Manager, you willbe requiredto live on-site, offering a unique opportunity toresidewithin the community you support. Accommodation is provided in a 2-bedroom bungalow at the Scheme. A separate on-site office at the Scheme will be provided for work-related duties. Salary:Up to £27,000 per annum Contract:Permanent Full-Time Your week: 36.25 (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm with 1 hour lunch unpaid) Location: Marlborough Court Nottingham, NG2 6BY Snapshot of your role Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure,well-keptand pleasant environment ismaintained. Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive responsein the event ofan emergency. Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues. Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities. Working independently as a lone worker with support from colleagues and management. Whatwerelooking for Customer focused background with the ability to actively listen to customers and seek win/win solutions High levelof commitment to providing efficient and caring services to ourAmpliuscustomers. Basic digital skills (Microsoft Office etc) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication) and the ability to negotiate and influence whereappropriate. Previousexperience in being able to resolve conflict and remain impartial and professional. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
