Our client (who has fantastic benefits) is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy accounts team. This financial services company is looking for someone with solid accountancy experience who loves a challenge, enjoys implementing change and thrives on being busy.
Duties include:
* Sole responsibility and main point of contact for the purchase ledger
* Gaining the correct authorisation for invoices to ensure agreed payment terms are adhered to
* Prepare and process payment terms
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve any invoice or payment queries
* Review and process employee and directors expenses
* Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
* Create and post sales invoices for internal and external business services
* Provide support at month end to the wider finance team
