This is a hybrid role based in Reading, requiring just one day per week in the office, offering a great work-life balance alongside excellent development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line customer support and advice via phone and ticketing system
* Log and manage all relevant details to ensure smooth and effective resolution
* Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction levels above 98%
* Build product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing coaching
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and resolve complex queries
You’ll also bring:
* A good standard of education (A-Level or equivalent preferred)
* Previous frontline customer service experience
* Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and web-based systems
* Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
