Role Summary
We seek a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP, MES, automation, and traceability solutions. The role involves working with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into impactful project plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead planning and execution of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Ensure tech solutions comply with food manufacturing standards, including traceability and sustainability.
5. Support the rollout of new systems such as ERP, MES, and digital quality tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Facilitate understanding and success during and post-implementation.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Work Hours & Benefits
