Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Healthy Homes Coordinator on a temporary six-week contract with the potential to be extended.
The position is due to start immediately and the hourly rate is £18.00 - £19.00 per hour on an umbrella basis dependent upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning and coordination skills, excellent communication and IT abilities, and experience in housing or a similar environment and must have previous experience using Dynamics 365.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Liaising with internal colleagues and customers in order to raise and book in works
* Taking inbound calls from customers to understand their requirements, following up issues by raising works
* Responsibility for the end-to-end process of maintenance issues, including damp & mould, ensuring timeframes are adhered to
* Updating trackers to ensure that once an issue is raised, the right processes are followed until completion
* Ensuring a customer focused approach, liaising with tenants and getting a proper understanding of their requirements
