With no experience required, we are looking for an outstanding candidates who possesses these qualities to enter the rewarding world of Employment Services.
As a Case Manager (Employment Coach), you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front.
Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff.
We have multiple full time roles across the Inner Metro Melbourne region located at:
1. Cheltenham
2. Fitzroy
3. Prahan

4. Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
5. Finding job opportunities
6. Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
7. Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
You’ll also have:
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Working independently and as part of a team
10. Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
11. Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
12. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
13. Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services (fully funded by Workskil Australia)
