About The Role

We are recruiting a Repair Quality Specialist to provide high-level technical support for Volkswagen Group’s Authorised Repairer Workshops.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing expert remote guidance to the Retailer network to help identify and resolve technical product issues.
* Supporting technicians and existing technical support teams using VW Group’s communication platforms.

* Broad repair experience and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
* Volkswagen Group Accredited Qualification (or higher) – highly desirable.

* A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Why Join Us

* Work at Volkswagen Group’s National Learning Centre – a cutting-edge environment.
* Step into a non-workshop, knowledge-based role where you still use your practical expertise every day.
* Become a key player in the future of repair quality and technical support.
