About The Role
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role in making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
* Expand their social networks and connections.
* Collaborate with a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
Qualifications & Skills
* Adapt communication style to develop relationships with people we support.
* Commit to working with individuals through their personal support plans, ensuring goals and outcomes are achieved and successes celebrated.
* Possess a positive, flexible outlook; able to work independently and as part of a team.
* No prior care experience required; values and transferable skills are valued.
