Overview
TBS Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Ltd is a medium sized Birmingham-based building services company with over 44 years of operation, known for reliability and trust with major clients. We operate nationally in most sectors of the industry, including education, leisure, retail and the health service.
Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion on nationwide contracts in retail, leisure, health sector, office developments and commercial premises within the UK.
* Interact with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and report to Directors.
* Involve in design, estimating and subsequent management of projects; utilise AutoCAD when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Based in or near Birmingham with a current clean driving licence (full driving licence required as projects can be anywhere within the UK).
* Ideally ONC/HNC in building services.
* Familiar with AutoCAD.
* 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
* Self-motivated with ability to interact effectively with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
