HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a building services discipline and/or equivalent operational knowledge and experience. A relevant health and safety qualification and experience managing health and safety at work, including CDM regulations and all compliance regulations relating to gas activities Proven ability tokeep projects and programmes of work on track, on time and to budget, driving performance, productivity and quality Previous experience of leading a team in delivering electrical maintenance and compliance services as well as managing subcontractors. Developing and leading your team of Supervisors and Electricians to deliver right first-time, high-quality electrical compliance servicing, repairs and installations in our customers properties and voids. This includes electrical testing, inspections, repairs and remedial works Managing teams, subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring all?works are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPIs and service standards Managing health and safety, ensuring we comply with regulatory, health and safety standards Ensuring high levels of performance and productivity, driving quality and value for money services Working with your team to continuously look for new ways to drive continuous improvement and service innovation Youll go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better working for one of the top ten Great Place to Work in the UK!
