Main Responsibilities
•Give extra care and be open to learning while supporting patients, residents, and service users.
•Offer encouragement and support, both physically and emotionally.
•Get to know each person’s needs and help in the best way possible.
•Assist with basic medical and daily welfare tasks, and let senior staff know if needed.
•Help keep the environment safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone.
