Do you have demonstratable experience working in community mental health?
We are seeking a Full‑time Deputy Manager to support the Team Manager in day‑to‑day operations, clinical leadership and service delivery for Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP). The role involves supervising staff, managing absence and performance, monitoring key performance indicators and contributing to a safe, high‑quality service.
The successful candidate will carry a reduced caseload, coordinate care pathways and ensure EIS interventions are delivered in line with national guidance. Leadership, a dynamic and enthusiastic approach, and a strong understanding of mental health policy are essential.

Main Duties
* Support the Team Manager with daily operations and clinical duties.
* Provide clinical supervision and leadership.
* Ensure timely delivery of EIS interventions.
* Contribute to service improvement and evaluation.
* Liaise with partner agencies and line‑manage multidisciplinary staff.
* Act as Duty Manager with full support.
* Deputise for the Team Manager as needed.
Person Specification
Essential criteria
* Experience working in a community mental health setting.
* Experience of care coordination/keyworking.
* Proven experience of people management.
* Significant experience of undertaking formulation, risk assessment and positive risk assessment.
Desirable criteria
* Good knowledge of working with patients with psychosis.
* Minimum two years at band 6.
* Experience of safeguarding and investigations.
* Experience of assessing psychiatric patients.
