* Help collect, tag, and organise content assets including UGC, creator material, and brand shoots, ensuring everything is properly filed and accessible in the content library.
* Curate standout posts or trends from the TentBox community to share with the broader team and inform content or product ideas.
Campaign Support
* Assist with rolling out brand and product campaigns across social platforms.
* Coordinate asset uploads, track scheduled posts, and ensure consistent visuals and messaging across channels.

* Share relevant community insights with the Social Media Manager and Product Team to inform ongoing strategy and product development.
* Support monthly reporting on community and channel performance.
Trendspotting & Creative Input
* Keep an eye on social and community trends, emerging creators, and content ideas that could be relevant to TentBox.
* Contribute creative ideas for posts, stories, and campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and community connection.
Ideal Candidate
* Social & Community Obsessed: Passionate about online communities and social media, with a genuine interest in how people connect and share stories online.
* Flexible & Enthusiastic: Open to supporting shoot days, whether that’s behind the scenes or in front of the camera.
* Organised & Detail‑Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, scheduling content to platform reporting, with accuracy and consistency. Experience with publishing platforms such as Sprout Social is desirable.
* Friendly & Empathetic Communicator: Comfortable engaging with customers online and representing the TentBox tone of voice authentically.
* Curious & Insightful: Enjoys spotting emerging trends and feeding insights back to help improve campaigns and products.
* Collaborative: Works well with the Social, Creator, and Content teams — sharing ideas and contributing to campaigns.
* Outdoor‑Aligned: Shares TentBox’s love for adventure and understands what motivates our community of TentBoxers to get outside and explore.
* Experience: 8–24 months’ experience in a social media, community, or content role.
This role is offered on an initial 6‑month contract, with strong potential to become permanent.
