Support Worker Role- Female Only with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS Working hours Available: Full time or Part Time Days shifts available Bank shifts available You will provide support and companionship to our lovely client in her early 20’s by helping her develop life skills and emotional support in the Moss Rose District of Macclesfield. You will be offering a supportive ear and a calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs. You will be promoting independence with our client and enabling her to live an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. You must be self-motivated and ensure the quality of support provided is consistent with current legislation. This is a fast paced yet highly rewarding position. You will need to think on your feet, be reliable and punctual, as the lady you support will be relying on you to help them live their best lives!
