This involves networking, cold calling etc Candidate sourcing and screening- Souring candidates through various methods, including database searches, networking, referrals and direct approaches. Assessing candidate suitability by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes and evaluating skills/ experience against job requirements. Offer negotiation and placement- Acting as an intermediate between client and candidates, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations and addressing any concerns or questions. Market research and industry insights- staying informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to client and candidates. Job advertisement and promotion- creating job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates. Utilising various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to promote job opportunities and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
