Job Title: Manual Assembly Operative
Hours of Work: 07:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday
Salary: £13.13 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Manual Assembly Operative to join our fast-paced Manufacturing team at our Needham site.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for manufacturing pallets and wood products using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality work that meets customer specifications, while working efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities
* Manufacture pallets/wood products to meet production and quality standards
* Set up workbenches efficiently, ensuring materials and job information are in place
* Follow work orders and design specifications accurately
* Identify and report equipment issues promptly to your line manager
* Carry out additional tasks as delegated by Production Supervisors or Managers
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, wearing required PPE at all times
* Support team objectives and contribute to a positive working environment

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or manual labour role is beneficial
