We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that offers structured training and support throughout your employment. Our approach combines technical classroom learning with on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.
Our programme integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical experience, aiming to equip Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
1. An RICS-accredited surveying-related degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
2. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
3. A minimum of four years of property-related work experience, such as negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA departments, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making related to property matters.
