Role Summary:
This is a brilliant opportunity for a career Paraplanner, or a senior IFA Administrator looking to step into a more technical role. If you’ve got some exposure to fund research, suitability reports, and are partway through your diploma, this could be your next move. You’ll handle everything pre-sale, working closely with advisers on research, documentation, and suitability, all in a hybrid setup where you’re trusted and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Writing tailored suitability reports: Directly impacts client outcomes and adviser efficiency
* Undertaking product research and technical analysis: Ensures compliant and insightful advice delivery
* Preparing illustrations, applications, and quotes: Keeps cases moving with precision and speed
* Supporting advisers with review packs and servicing: Strengthens long-term client relationships
* Providing input into process improvements: Adds value as the firm continues to modernise
Requirements:
* Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards, with 2–3 exams completed)
* Experience in either paraplanning or senior-level IFA admin with report-writing and research exposure
* Confident with suitability reports, provider platforms, and pre-sale documentation
* Comfortable working independently in a smaller, tight-knit advisory team
