A Technical Heating Advisor is required for an additionally created position to this team based in Swindon. This role involves providing technical support to engineers, installers and customers for heating and hot water products both in and out of warranty. The position includes diagnosing faults, handling warranty processes, resolving complaints and offering advice across a wide range of technical queries. The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
