About the role
1. Take full ownership of the sales cycle for the UK market.
2. Build and execute sales strategies and playbooks targeting these sectors.
3. Develop and lead strategic partnerships to open new sales channels.
4. Manage and coach the SDR function to deliver consistent top-of-funnel activity.
5. Work cross-functionally with project managers and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate on UK bids while supporting select global growth opportunities.
About you
1. 5+ years’ experience in solution sales, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
2. Proven track record selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles.
3. Experience leading or coaching SDRs or junior BDs.
4. Able to build strategies for new verticals from scratch and deliver results.
5. Confident in both direct sales and partnership development.
6. Curious, analytical, well-organised and commercially driven.
7. Familiar with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
Package
1. £90–100k base + performance bonus.
