We have a great opportunity for an aspiring customer focused person to join a growing business, operating in the Kitchen and Bedroom industry, supplying hinges runners and drawers. You will be working at our main office, which is located close to junction 40 of the M1 motorway at Wakefield.
This is a dual role answering inbound sales and customer service calls. You will be a people person and enjoy servicing and building excellent relationships to maximise customer satisfaction. Recent telephone experience is essential.
We also operate a small trade counter, so there will be some face to face contact.
As a key part of our team, your responsibilities will be:
Servicing customer calls at first point of contact.
Ensuring orders are taken accurately and processed.
Good level of IT proficiency.
Regular communications with an existing customer base.
On hand to support with all new customer enquiries, or issues.
Skills & Experience:
Adaptable
Well organised
Capable of self-management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work to plan, organise and prioritise workloads.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Telephone experience: 5 years
Driving licence would be desirable as we take orders out to local customers on occasion.
