Salary: £45,000
Location: Nottingham (office-based with UK travel)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing organisation to recruit a hands-on HR Business Partner. This is a broad generalist role supporting multiple sites, focused on driving people initiatives, improving processes, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders across sites as a trusted advisor
Manage and develop an HR team, ensuring effective delivery
Support change programmes, restructures, and growth initiatives
Coach managers on performance, engagement, and ER matters
Oversee employee relations cases
Review and implement HR policies and processes
Support recruitment and training delivery
Work within TUPE and unionised environmentsAbout You
Proven HR generalist / HRBP experience
Experience managing or leading an HR team
Background in multi-site, operational environments
Knowledge of TUPE and unions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
CIPD Level 5 preferred (or Level 3 with equivalent experience)What’s On Offer
