The job role will involve supporting individuals with learning disabilities with a range of farming and horticultural tasks and working effectively within the team and supporting with transport which requires confidence with driving a minibus in rural locations.
Confidence in an educational setting would also be desirable.
We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills but who is also familiar with technology.
Experience working to high standards of health and safety and infection control policies and procedures is crucial.
It is a unique role and you must be willing to get your hands dirty! This role will require the completion of some essential training to support the work and it will require a DBS (paid by Bethphage).
About You: Essential Requirements: Maths & English Level 2 Minimum requirement Good understanding of IT Willing to complete a DBS UK Manual Driving Licence (to include minibus) Desirable Requirements; HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar.
Farming/agricultural/horticultural experience highly desirable Qualifications within Health and Social Care Qualifications such as trailer licence and working with machinery
