A Global organisation with incredible growth plans are seeking a Senior HR Advisor/HRBP for their developing business based in the UK based in Stockport, Manchester. This specialised and highly regulated manufacturing business have over 18,000 employees globally and over 500 here in the UK.

Reporting in the HR Director for the UK and wider business this role will offer a truly diverse working environment within a fast paced and fast moving industry.
Duties
* Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Support with union relations and negiotations and developing a cohesive relationship for the wider business.
* Utilise HRIS systems such as to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform HR practices, ensuring that decisions are data-driven.
* Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
* Stakeholder management across a diverse leadership team, hands on coaching, management development and creating an open a people centric culture.
* Development of internal processes, systems, policies, supporting the wider Global business and alligning the above to the wider people strategy.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources management.

Experience
* Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar position.
* Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms is hig hly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic initiatives.
* A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices within the field of human resources.
* Previous exprience with UK unions and some wider global HR exposure.
