Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Additional Perks

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and develop a team of experienced sales and technical professionals. You will be responsible for:

Driving lead generation and customer acquisition.

Qualifying and closing business opportunities.

Implementing strategic growth plans for sustainable expansion.

This role requires a combination of strategic vision, sales expertise, and leadership skills to inspire a high-performing team while maintaining alignment with global business values in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.

* Contribute to strategic discussions on international sales growth.
* Provide performance insights and business outcomes to senior management.
