You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and monitoring, while working closely with development teams. Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions, applying creative problem‑solving to optimize system reliability and performance.
* Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual intervention.
* Monitor system performance, proactively address potential issues, and troubleshoot complex production incidents.
* Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms.
* Understand service level indicators and utilize service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers.
* Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Document processes, share knowledge, and contribute to communities of practice and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
* Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Solid understanding of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
* Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java/Spring Boot, .NET).
* Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
* Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
* Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and work independently or in teams.
