Business Lecturer - Epping

Pay Rate: £37 per hour
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Hours: Full-time
We're working with a well-established and welcoming college in Epping who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Lecturer to join their team on a full-time, temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for BTEC Business students at Levels 2 and 3
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to succeed
* Assess student work in line with awarding body standards and provide constructive feedback
* Monitor learner progress and support individual development through tutorials and guidance
* Contribute to course development and departmental activities as part of the wider teaching team
Requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject area
* Previous experience teaching BTEC Business within an FE or sixth form setting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to providing a positive learning experience and helping learners achieve their full potential
