This is a key role responsible for the commercial management of the project from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial control, cost efficiency, and successful delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team, managing all commercial aspects of the scheme while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and the client.
