Our company, a global energy and utilities company are currently hiring for 20 x Sales Support & Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for processing all new and renewing business customer agreements.
Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume of new and existing client enquires via both phone and email.
* Supports the sales teams working towards ambitious goals to be the leading business energy and related services supplier.
* Manage all pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration requirements
* Securing and close contracts into the internal ordering system.
* Log, quote and accept a high volumes of energy contract queries (phone and email).
Requirements
* Previous experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role.
* Excellent rapport building and communication skills
* A passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
* Utilities/Energy industry experience would be desirable but not essential.

* Location: Cardiff, Wales
* Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour
* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
* Contract Length: 9 month contract likely to be extend or become permanent (although not guaranteed)
* Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the office
