As a BTR Lettings Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end resident journey — from enquiry and viewing through to move-in, renewals and retention. You’ll be responsible for driving occupancy and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll also work closely with operations, marketing and resident engagement teams to create a vibrant community experience that residents genuinely love being part of. Role responsibilities Managing the full leasing cycle including enquiries, viewings, negotiations, referencing and tenancy progression Driving occupancy levels and exceeding leasing targets Building strong local partnerships and corporate relationships Leading and mentoring a high-performing leasing team Supporting marketing campaigns, social media activity and resident communications Working collaboratively to create a “best-in-class” resident experience Hosting and supporting resident and community events Monitoring competitor activity and market trends Supporting renewals, retention strategies and resident satisfaction initiatives Managing reporting, budgets and performance KPIs Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with genuine passion for customer experience.
