**About us**
Take a Break is a self-funded, female-led startup building consumer AI products. We're new and growing, our current brands include mycolours.ai (seasonal colour analysis) and mypalms.ai (palm reading), with more launching this year.
We're at the stage where we need creators to help us grow. We can't offer agency rates yet, but we've structured this to be genuinely fair: a guaranteed fee on every video, real milestone bonuses, and the chance to grow with us as we scale.
**About the role**
We're hiring 3–5 UGC Creators to make short-form video content for our brands. This is a real opportunity for aspiring creators who want to build a portfolio of paid work, showcase their range, and earn meaningfully from content that performs.
You'll work directly with the founders. No agency middlemen, no account managers, no twenty rounds of feedback.
**Compensation**
Guaranteed pay on every approved video, with bonuses based on total views across both your channel and ours:

We post your content across our channels (Take a Break, mycolours.ai, mypalms.ai) as well as your own, and views count from both sides. Most videos won't hit 1M views — that's the honest reality of short-form content. But the cross-posting gives every video a bigger shot, and the milestones below 1M are where most earnings sit.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce 1–4 short-form videos per month for posting to your own TikTok / Reels / Shorts channels
- Submit videos for approval before publishing (light QA, fast turnaround)
- Maintain your editorial voice — we're hiring you for your taste, not to read a script
**Requirements**
- Active presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or spirituality adjacent content
- Comfortable on camera without a script
- Ability to deliver consistent content monthly
- Following size is not a hard requirement — we're hiring for creative quality
