St Mark's Hospital: an internationally renowned specialist centre for bowel disease
Ealing Hospital: a busy district general hospital providing a range of clinical services, as well as 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre, and specialist care at Meadow House Hospice
Central Middlesex Hospital: our planned care site, hosting a range of surgical and outpatient services and collocated with an urgent care centre.

Looking for Advanced Care Practitioners who have a background in unscheduled Emergency/Urgent Care to work in any of the three UCCs - Northwick Park, Central Middlesex and Ealing Hospitals.
We are building our team of both ECPs & ACPs creating a dynamic workforce. UTC and ED have a close working relationship and we can offer any individuals shifts in the ED is so desired. Practice autonomously as part of the GP workforce roster for delivering urgent and emergency treatments and be self-directed;
Undertake assessment of individuals using a range of different assessment methods, which may include physical examination, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests or advanced health needs assessment;
this may include prescribing medication and actively monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions;
As an ACP in the UTCs at LWNH, you will be integral to providing urgent and emergency care to a wide range of patients.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians, providing clinical assessments, diagnostics, and delivering patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Your role will help bridge the gap between urgent care and other medical specialties, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate interventions.
