About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our Category Management Braking IAM team for our location in Wrexham.
What you can look forward to as Regional Product Manager
1. Product Portfolio Life-Cycle Management for Brake Engineering brand and Private Label Business. Responsible for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region
2. Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (incl Business Case) for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in the Independent Aftermarket
3. Act as the regional aftermarket product owner to support regional front line sales team to ensure aftermarket requirements are fulfilled in Customer Quotation & in the Product Development standards.
4. Be the voices of the regional market to define the commercial product requirements, to position product in the right customer segment for financial success.
5. Responsible for maintaining product master data for respective portfolio.
6. Support Operational Planning & Strategic Planning process in the regional respective portfolio
7. Responsible to achieve the target product coverage and defined market launch of the products (Speed-to-market)
8. Collaboration in the creation of marketing materials and product differentiations
Your Profile as Regional Product Manager
9. University degree (business or technical area)
10. Mid-term experience in product management, specification & development process
11. Desirable Knowledge of ZF Products, footprint, structures and processes
12. Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets
13. Negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
14. Drive for results and execution
