Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries and pricing tyres, processing invoicing, coordinating mobile tyre technicians ,and maintaining positive relationships with clients across various channels. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
* Record and update customer details within our CRM system, utilising Sales experience where applicable.
* Assist clients with account management, including billing concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Mobile fitters and branch manger.
* Maintain a high level of Tyre knowledge to offer informed assistance.(Training will be provided)
* Follow up with customers to ensure a high standard of customer service has been provided.
Skills
* Proficiency in Sales and upselling of tyres also Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Prior experience within the tyre industry would be an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and contributing to organisational growth through exceptional customer care.
