Description Workplace: White City, London - 3 days a week in the office. The role The Senior Brand Integrations Manager is a key commercial operator within ITV Studio’s Brand Integrations team. This is a highly client-facing, sales-oriented role with a strong focus on upselling, relationship management, and revenue growth. Reporting into the VP, Brand Integrations, the role bridges strategy and execution; translating our world-class IP, platforms, and formats into compelling, sellable integrated responses to brief, and ensuring best-in-class delivery for brands and agencies. The role works closely with Brand Operations and international markets to deliver compliant, commercially effective, and creatively strong brand integrations across our ecosystem of licensing touchpoints - broadcast, digital, audio, and experiential platforms. Main responsibilities CLIENT & AGENCY MANAGEMENT Build and maintain a strong network of brand and agency contacts, ideally with global scope, positioning ITV Studios as a strategic partner. Maintain a deep understanding of agency priorities, planning cycles, and upcoming briefs to proactively identify opportunities. Identify and drive incremental revenue growth upsell, renewal, and extension opportunities across existing partnerships. OPPORTUNITY & REVENUE DEVELOPMENT Work closely with the VP and Director to build scalable, commercially compelling partnership packages. Lead the response to brief - translating ITV Studios IP into sellable brand integration opportunities across touchpoints such as broadcast, digital, audio, and experiential across international markets. Recommend fees and commercial structures in line with internal ratecards, ensuring consistent governance across markets. Work closely with Brand Ops, Legal and Finance to set, refine and agree contracts. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT Apply creative, “out of the box” thinking to unlock new partnership ideas, formats, and revenue streams. Lead the pitching and execution of these initiatives; getting buy-in from internal stakeholders through clear story-telling and showcasing the commercial benefit. Assess any internal or external creative concepts for brand fit, editorial integrity, and rights compliance, escalating where required. OPERATIONAL, BUDGET & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT Work closely with Brand Operations to track budgets, update Salesforce with latest deals, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting. Support budget tracking and revenue forecasting, highlighting opportunities for upsell or additional commercial activity. IP, RIGHTS & MARKET SUPPORT Support the management of IP infringements and cast brand deals, escalating issues as required. Liaise with Legal and Business Affairs teams to ensure compliance with rights, contracts, and governance frameworks. Maintain strong working relationships with international markets to support partnership delivery and growth. Keep up to date with market, media and brand integration trends to identify new opportunities and inspire partners. COLLABORATION Work closely with ITV Networks Media & Entertainment team, Format Sales, and Brand Licensing teams to align on strategy and maximise partnership potential. Liaise with international colleagues to adapt and roll out branded integrations to multiple markets. Protect ITV Studios IP and act as a brand guardian across all partner activity. Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Proven, extensive experience in brand partnerships, marketing or agency background strongly preferred. Experience in licensing is a bonus. Experience in driving sales to hit £1M targets Strong understanding of the media and agency landscape, including how brands activate across multiple channels. Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking with the ability to inspire stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
