In this role, you’ll lead a team of Cleaning Operatives helping maintain high cleaning standards across multiple rail sites and ensuring night operations run smoothly. As a Cleaning Duty Manager you will: * Supporting and guiding Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards. * Ensuring team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date. * Carrying out daily quality audits and reporting findings to the Account Manager. * Helping to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise. * Leading regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks).
