1. Set up and operatemanual surface and cylindrical grinding machinesto produce parts to tight tolerances, including:
* Jones & Shipman 540 Surface Grinder Manual
* Jones & Shipman 1300 Cylindrical Grinder Manual
* XYZ 2040 Surface Grinder Manual
* Abwood RG1 Circular Ring Grinder Manual
2. Measure and inspect manufactured components to ensure accuracy to engineering drawings
3. Report any deficiencies to the inspector and line manager
4. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including oil and coolant checks
