Senior Regional Risk Advisor - £50,000pa – Lincolnshire (Remote with Travel Across Scotland, North Wales & Lincolnshire)
Looking for a Senior Regional Risk Advisor opportunity with flexibility, autonomy, and the potential to secure a permanent position? This temporary assignment offers a great opportunity to join a growing leisure business, based in Lincolnshire, while covering sites across Scotland, Lincolnshire and North Wales.
Based within the North Region, you'll play a key role in supporting operational teams, driving compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and welfare across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct health and safety audits and inspections across multiple sites
* Lead accident investigations and recommend corrective actions
* Deliver health and safety training to managers and employees
* Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
* Monitor compliance through health and safety management systems
* Review water hygiene results and implement required actions
* Support fire safety procedures, drills and emergency planning
* Produce reports and provide guidance to senior management
* Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety policies
* Promote a positive safety culture across all locations
What we're looking for
* A recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, Degree, NVQ or equivalent)
* At least 3 years' recent experience in a similar role within leisure, hospitality or a multi-site environment
* Experience conducting audits, investigations and compliance reviews
* Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and manage a regional workload
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* Previous experience within the holiday park or leisure sector, IOSH Chartered Membership, CIEH membership, or experience using Prime would be advantageous
