Overview
Brand Ambassadors wanted for in-store sampling (Food & Alcohol) within a premium retail environment. You will represent a curated range of food and drink brands, offer samples, engage customers, and help drive sales through product knowledge and great conversations.
Contract type: Zero Hours, Permanent contract. Package: £14.99/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives. Shifts available: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – 15th & 30th May. Shift Times: 10am – 5pm (7 hours). Location: Nailsea, Somerset BS48.
Your Role
* Create a premium experience — deliver sampling in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner, including preparation of samples for customers to enjoy.
* Engage customers naturally — initiate conversations and build rapport with a wide range of shoppers.
* Promote with confidence — share product knowledge, key features, and recommendations.
* Drive sales through experience — encourage purchases by creating positive, memorable interactions.
* Represent high standards — maintain excellent presentation and professionalism at all times.
