Community Co-ordinator (Fixed Term) based at Derbyshire Peaks and Dales
Salary - £24,355.00 per annum - pro rata for part-time
Available hours:
1 YEAR FIXED TERM - Part Time - 15 hours per week (5 hours per day across three days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Derbyshire & Dales. You will be required to travel around the district, so a clean driving license and access to a car are necessary, along with experience working on various digital platforms. Previous applicants need not apply.
The MHA Communities Co-ordinator is responsible for coordinating and running a programme of activities tailored to local needs.
All activities aim to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and promote the wellbeing of older people across diverse community settings.
This programme may include activities from MHA's core services, such as befriending, lunch clubs, social outings, or clubs. Additionally, the post holder will develop new activities based on community feedback and needs, which could involve collaborating with local colleges to offer IT classes or arranging exercise sessions with local professionals.
The Community Co-ordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, making good communication and strong organizational skills essential.
