Your Role
Support students with SEMH and SEND needs (Reception–Year 11)
Manage challenging behaviour using structured, calm approaches
Build strong, professional relationships with pupils
Adapt learning activities to individual needs
Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and engagement
Help create a safe, focused learning environment

Resilient, patient, and proactive individuals
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations
Experience in education, SEN, care, youth work, or similar (preferred)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Location
Norwich and northern surrounding areas (travel flexibility required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
