Business Change Manager – London (Permanent)
£85,000 - £90,000 + bonus & benefits
I’m partnering with a major international law firm undergoing a significant global transformation, and they’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to help shape, lead and embed change across the firm.
This is a senior, highly visible role for someone who can bring structure, governance and clarity to a complex change portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop an enterprise-wide change management approach, drive adoption, and ensure that people, processes and technology changes land successfully.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and embed a firm-wide change management strategy, tools and frameworks
• Create a roadmap towards a standardised change methodology used across the organisation
• Provide governance, assurance and benefit realisation reporting across the change portfolio
• Work with comms teams to plan clear, consistent messaging and monitor “change saturation”
• Support project teams to integrate change management into delivery plans
• Drive user adoption, track success metrics and help senior leaders overcome resistance
• Lead and coach a flexible team of change specialists
• Build and maintain a business-wide change network across teams and regions
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience delivering business-facing change in a complex, matrix environment
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Change management certification is desirable
Experience in the legal/consultancy industries is highly desirable.
