Key accountabilities
1. Administer and maintain Cyber Security Applications – email filtering / EDR / SIEM
2. Monitor and react to Cyber Security Technology dashboards and alerts with incident remediation
3. Monitor and administer Service Desk - Security related tickets
4. Provide Cyber Security support for AFB colleagues
5. Logging support calls with external Cyber Security Vendors & third parties
6. Vulnerability management on AFB endpoints
7. Ensure Cyber Security documentation is current and up to date
8. Shift work / Out of Hours Support when required
9. Provide analytical Cyber Security reporting for key stakeholders
10. Support any additional Cyber Security initiatives as required

Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
Essential
16. Good telephone manner
17. Experience of end user IT support
18. Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems
19. Full clean Driving License
Desirable
20. Anti-Virus, EDR or SIEM solution knowledge
21. Basic understanding of Cyber Security Principles
22. Knowledge of ITIL
23. Experience of Active Directory / Office 365 / Mobile Device Management
