Job Description
3. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and benefits information.
5. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
6. Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
7. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9. Provide support during internal and external audits.
10. Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries and issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Payroll & Finance Officer should have:
11. Proven experience in payroll processing
12. A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
