1. Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and support for key business decisions.
2. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within the finance function and across the organisation.
3. Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4. Month End & Year End: Lead month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. P&L Management: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, providing analysis, commentary, and recommendations to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
