The Role
* Support children with additional needs to access learning.
* Work with teachers and other TAs to deliver tailored interventions.
* Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions
* Possess an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one.
* Focus on building pupils independence, communication and confidence.
* Create positive, motivating classroom environments.
Requirements
* Prior experience desirable but not essential.
* A caring, empathetic approach to childrens needs.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths.
