Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome all guests and employee's visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
2. Extensive telephone management including answering and directing calls appropriately.
3. Managing the company inbox.
4. Always maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
5. Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or corporate customer service role is required.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
5. A positive attitude and a team player.
