Love the buzz of a busy kitchen? This is a chance to take a step up and make your mark as second-in-command. Youll work side by side with an experienced Head Chef, gain exposure to both la carte and large function dining, and be trusted to run the kitchen when needed.

Youll be joining a supportive brigade of chefs who care about doing things properly and look after each other on shift.
Were looking for a confident Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll be the kind of person who can stay calm under pressure, keep standards high, and enjoy mentoring junior chefs. Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine passion for food are must-haves.
