Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and interventions. Travel within the community to conduct on-site assessments (a driving licence is essential). Experience & Requirements: Previous experience in long-term Occupational Therapy teams.
