We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Fleet Manager in the Support Services Team.
About The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional fleet management services to both internal and external customers, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all fleet activities.
Based officially at either our Newburn or Stanley office, you will lead and support office-based operations while driving continuous improvement across the fleet function.
You’ll play a key role in managing vehicle procurement, maintenance schedules, regulatory compliance, and supplier relationships. Training, ongoing support, and professional development will be provided to help you thrive in this leadership role.

The successful applicant will be a highly organised and proactive individual with the ability to respond effectively to the dynamic and reactive needs of fleet operations. You will thrive under pressure, confidently managing competing priorities and making informed decisions to ensure seamless service delivery. A commitment to providing the highest level of support to both internal stakeholders and external partners is essential.

* Salary is £38,294 per annum
* Location: Newburn or Greengates
* 37 Hours per week with agile working
